PRE-PRODUCTION
Preparation of references and moodboards for shootings. Search and communication with casting and location managers. Search and communication with models, film crew and location representatives. Collecting necessary equipment for filming.
BUDGET & LOGISTICS
Budget calculation and management. Creating schedules and production plans. Solving payment issues and monitoring contract signing. Coordinating logistics and negotiating with vendors and talent. Preparing call lists, director's scripts, and production schedules.
TECHNICAL & CREATIVE
Filming and editing material according to plan in short timeframes.
COMMUNICATION & PROBLEM-SOLVING
Communication with international clients. Problem-solving and conflict resolution.
